Hi! This is Victor Wang.

I worked with e-commerce website rebranding, healthcare and education instructional designs, B2B SaaS mobile application design, rental service designs and more.

Currently I am a Sr. UX Designer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Digital and Customer Experience team where I work with several LOBs to provide better customer experiences and meeting business goals. Previously I was a UI design intern at Dun & Bradstreet in the public sector team.

Background

I started off with a German literature and studio art background, of which the immersive storytelling of literature and the practice of creative art sparked my interest in exploring human-centered, problem-solving and innovative designs.

After getting a MA in Web and Multimedia Design with a focus on UX, I cultivated comprehensive approaches to design through professional tools and methodologies incorporated with design thinking.

Philosophy

I design through empathy and functionality. I also focus on delivering coherent and consistent systems of visual design. I aim to integrate the interests and needs of multitudes of people, including the users, the stakeholders, and the agile teams I work with.
